Mistake while filling the Application Changes Form

Hello everyone,

A had submitted my transfer application 9 days ago using CSUMentor, and while I was reviewing it 3 days ago, I noticed I made a mistake on the number of units of one of my major related classes. So I filled up the Application Changes Form on the Cal Poly website, and today I got an email from them telling me that my Application Changes Form has been received. But the thing is, I received this notification through an email address different from the one I had put on the CSUMentor application. Which can only mean that my browser used its auto fill function and put the wrong email in the Application Changes Form (yes, this has happened to me before). Now this isn’t a particularly a big issue for me since I check both emails regularly anyway, but do you think that this could pose a problem for Cal Poly’s admissions? Should I contact them or is the problem not worth it?
