joining the deferred boat baby!

Room for one more in there oncloud9? … deferred

I’m hopping in this boat too. Though, its starting to look more like a cruise ship -_-

Deferred. Accepted to caltech tho. guess my caltech essays were better…? =/

This is your captain speaking, welcome aboard the USS Deferred.

What a party!

lets hope our sheer mass doesn’t sink the boat. and lets hope it’s sailing towards cambridge, MA.

but dang this does suck haha

congrats!!!

We are indeed sailing towards Cambridge, but we are navigating some icy seas. We only have a few hundred life jackets, so about 94% of us will not make it ashore! lol

it really does not suck too bad… well yeah, lol it sort of does

I guess the boat for the rejected is more so a paddle boat.

there should be a thread for stats of people accepted, deferred, and denied

I didn’t fibd any result concerning an international applicant !!

And it’s too bad we have to fight for those life jackets…survival of the fittest! (aka the best fits for MIT) See what i did there? ;)

hah yes, I see

I wish they ranked us deferred or something…just so i would know how many more schools to apply to.

Gah, this is the second EA school I’ve been deferred from… Sigh. Oh well. I trust MIT made the best decisions for its class, and we’ll see what happens in RD!

It sucks to get deferred… I truly wish the best for you all.

@Ghastn:

I am an international and I was accepted.

Honestly, does anyone know how often someone who is deferred may get accepted under RD?
