<p>Is it true that MIT is palnning on enrolling about 500 more students for the Class of 2008 because they have a new freshmen dorm?</p>

<p>More students, yes.</p>

<p>Five hundred more, I don’t think so.</p>

<p>I believe the plan is to enroll about a hundred more students per year, for a total of 1100 enrolling students in each class. As with all other dorms at MIT, the new dorm will not be just for freshmen, but will be for all classes.</p>

But my status page shows the following:</p>

Parent’s 2007 Foreign Income Tax Return </p>

<p>What does this mean? I had already submitted my parent’s tax forms and they do not have any income from abroad.</p>

<p>It will be processed.. They generally take time to get processed. I had submitted mine long back too, but they havent processed it yet</p>

<p>Btw, my school doesn’t follow the US education based system.</p>

<p>I don’t think so.
Two reasons: You are an international applicant and your school does not follow the US system.
You’ve already graduated and therefore hopefully send them your complete transcript.
There is nothing new in a year-old mid year grade report for the admission people to learn.</p>

<p>Sorry, I’m really stressing about the financial aid stuff.. </p>

<p>At this point we do not have an online capacity for financial aid awards other than WEBSIS which you can only access with a Kerberos ticket (which you only get after May 1), so financial aid will have to wait for the mail.</p>
