MIT admission requirements

Hey Guys

Sorry if this post exists somewhere else but I was wondering the minimum college requirements for MIT as in what should my predicted IB grade be like, or what my SAT grade should be like. Foreseeing a few questions such as

What field would you like to go in ?
What are your Current Subjects

I would like to go into aeronautical engineering and I currently take the following subject, also could you help me decide which Math level I should take, since currently I am taking SL but my school has allowed me to take HL so I am undecided till now.

Maths- SL/HL
Physics- HL
Economics - HL
Spanish Ab initio
Chemistry - SL
Language and Literature - HL

Thank You :)

If a college has a set minimum requirements, it will be on the admissions website. If you want to know the averages of accepted students most colleges publish that in the Common Data Set you can google that or sites such as collegedata and college board report it. If you are going to a highly selective college, and especially targeting technical colleges, you should take the hardest math level you can handle and still get a good grade.

Also when you have questions about specific colleges here, check to see the individual forum for it. The MIT forum is active. Do some reading there before posting questions. There may already be discussion of IB grades. And there are threads pinned to the top like FAQ and usually reported stats of accepted students who post here.
