Hi!.
I’m currently doing my Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic engineering in a Federal University in Nigeria (second year). In which I have a very strong desire to further my education at MIT EECS at the end of my 5years undergraduate program…
How good are my chances of getting into the EECS depatrment? Any advice and information is appreciated.
Thanking you all
in advance.

Graduate admissions is a whole different game and done by department. Here’s some info I found: http://web.mit.edu/admissions/graduate/pdfs/MIT_department_info.pdf
@Ay4christ see here for graduate requirements for the EECS department. MIT does not require GRE scores, but strong GPA, letters of recommendation, math/EECS/physics/engineering background, and fluency in English are required.
Also, you haven’t provided any other info about yourself, so no one here can tell you if you have a good shot for MIT EECS.
@allAboutDatBrass Nice brass rat picture.
Thank you all for your comments
My Full name is Ayobami from Nigeria. I’m currently studying Electrical/Electronics engineering in Nigeria.
Though I’m just in the second year of the 5years program.
About my grade: I have a very good GPA in fact, very close to First-class distinction and I’m very sure that I’m going to be on Fisrt-class very soon even before my graduation.
And after grad. I wish to continue @MITEECS…
Thanks
Thank you very much for the PDF ,I’m very grateful
