<p>How did you guys fill it? Especially for the Term and/or Final Grades, should I just put in my grade? or I have to put like "final A" or "semester A,A+" in there? Can someone give me an example?
Also, is computer science considered a Math course?

<p>I think it means final as in "absolute" grades. Frankly, I was debating this earlier myself... should we include the grades we got on our final exam?</p>

<p>Yeah, it's a way to "level the playing field" for us, because every transcript is different - the self-reported form helps to give the apps some continuity and in that, helps us figure out the individual transcripts. Fill it out as if you were explaining what we'll see on your transcript.</p>
