This international time zone map will show you what your local time will be at noon EST on the 18th.

less than two days!

if snail mail decisions are sent on the 17th (that is, if the post office sorts and organizes them super fast once they're delivered to the post office), could my decision get to my house on the same day, provided that i live about 20 minutes away from cambridge?

1 Day 14 Hours 6 Minutes & 19 Seconds
:)

1 day 13 hours.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, had to get that nervous energy out. :)

37 hours :P

just watch; at this rate, we all will be counting down second by second

In my opinion, this countdown is 12 hours fast... It was set to March 18th but on 00.00 EST, I think.

no, i set the countdown clock CORRECTLY to EST. the countdown clock is set to eastern time, so if you live in...

central time zone, -1 hour (11 am on 3/18)
mountain time zone, -2 (10 am on 3/18)
pacific time zone, -3 (9 am on 3/18)
alaska time zone, -4 (8 am on 3/18)
hawaii time zone, -5 (7 am on 3/18)

good luck to everybody!

http://www.tomathy.com/uploads/mit.php

Here's tomathy's countdown, it's 12 hours slow compared to HopefulDove's. So, who's correct?

i'm correct. it should be march 18th at 12:00 pm....NOT march 19th 12:00 am.

they both say (with the correction for pacific time) 1 day 2 hours for me..

... and although I'm not waiting on a decision, I just tried them both and as gilly reported (correcting for Pacific time), they both show the same interval for me also.

less than 23 hours

0 Days 21 Hours 31 Minutes & 12 Seconds

Why are online decisions not being released until tomorrow at noon if the decisions have already been mailed? Waiting is horrible!!

Patience is actually a virtue, folks, it really is.

Breathe.

20 hours..........
