I'm at a state science fair when I get to hear about MIT.
If i get in, i should smash the board infront of the judge, saying it's crap. and then tell him/her that i got in MIT.
If rejected, cry the whole time while explaining how I came about this project

danielsjang, which state are you from?

I have state science olympiad and I have not prepared at all. Oh well.

I have to be up in six hours, so I still have time for a lot of sleep, but I can't sleep, so...

arnd 8 hours left??

On my MyMIT page, where the financal aid status is, it says that my income tax form has not been received!? Does anyone else get this message, and does it mean i might not get my decision on time?

Such an idiot not to have checked until the day before decisions.

TheBravery, I think it should not matter as far as admission decision goes since one's application is supposed to be need blind. But you said it right, you should have checked it if it matters.

Less than 6 hrs away.

4.30 hours left

Has decision been out yet?

wait 4 more hours

i live down the street from MIT

and im 99% sure ill get rejected

i just want to get it out of the way lol

2060 SAT, 3.7 gpa

NOT good enough, but good luck to all you nerd :-D

I went to bed early last night since I couldn't get my mind off of this decision, but the downside to that idea is that I woke up earlier >_> Now I can't fall back asleep, and I can't think of much to do until noon.

I need to go pop in a Family Guy DVD or something =)

Good luck to everyone!

well, ive already seen two movies! thinking about watchin a third......

0 Days 2 Hours 27 Minutes & 45 Seconds

2 hours! :] oyy

105 mins! At this point anything could happen

yeah! less than 100 minutes left! i wonder what i'll do when we have 5 mins left.

Call me crazy, but at this point I'm almost hoping I get rejected.

When I was deferred I resigned myself to going to U Florida and comforted myself with the knowledge that I'd graduate debt free. My parents like this idea too. If I get into MIT, though, I'll be torn between awesome education/huge debts and a mediocre one with no debt at all.

yeah, im in the same situation. I got a great scholarship to Case Western Reserve University, and since i live outside of cleveland, it would be once to have the convieniences of home nearby. BUT, I still think I wont turn down MIT. I see myself there so much more.

1 hour, 15 min!!!! stomach in one HUGe knot

Hey razz, what suburb? I live outside of cleveland too.
