@MITChris haha, thanks for the reassurance!

@UnhealthyAdmissionAddiction Right here!

@MITChris How many students were waitlisted?

I’m so anxious I still can’t bring myself to look at my decision

@blueice1 a few hundred, iirc

rejected - going to apply as a transfer student;-)
And CONGRATS to those accepted!!!

Oh my God! I’m an international student and both me and my freind got in! Thats inheard of in Ethiopia! I still cant believe it

rejected–tbh I don’t feel as bad as I expected to, considering that this was my dream and all. oh well. onto other colleges–perhaps I’ll see MIT & Cambridge again for grad school (Media Lab please take me).

Same, I thought I’d be real depressed but I was just kinda sad for an hour, I guess it’s because all the rejections I’ve received this year made me kinda immune, I’d be genuinely happy to go to my safety schools anyway, good luck to you.

Does anyone know when the financial aid offers come out? I submitted all my documents a while ago (in February or January i believe). Thanks!

My friend got into MIT. He’s more than elated.

Accepted!! Still can’t believe it…

Best Pi Day ever. Thanks, MIT and Pi! I can proudly wear my MIT shirt to school tomorrow for College Gear Day! :slight_smile:

Honestly when I saw that I got in I thought it was a mistake and MIT was going to release a letter saying they were sorry for the unfortunate mistake. I am so happy and surprised that I got in!

Accepted!! :slight_smile:

Rejected… Hahaha… :smiley:

Congrats to all those accepted. Go on and make the world a better place. :slight_smile:

Congrats to all the pre-frosh! My D applied, but she is out of the country without internet access and forbade me to login and see the results. The suspense is killing me!

Rejected from my dream school. Didn’t expect to get in, but I can’t help but feel bitter that I chased that goal for 4 years only to fall short in the end. Life goes on, I suppose.
