You’re applying engineering, right? I don’t really see any particularly outstanding EC’s that you have that have to with CS (like winning a hackathon, developing your own app, starting a programming club, competing in the various coding olympiads). You do have Math and Science Honor Society, but it seems as if most of your EC’s have to do with music, and if you’re applying to the likes of MIT, CMU, UCB, etc, I don’t know if that will be favorably looked upon. Most of your competitors will have major-related EC’s (not trying to offend you :D). Additionally, the UC GPA is not low by any means (4.13) but could be low compared to other EECS and CS applicants, who, generally speaking, will have 4.2 to 4.3+ (at which point the UC GPA is capped)
Massachusetts Institute of Technology: High Reach
Carnegie Mellon University: : mid reach
University of California at Berkeley: low to low-mid reach
Cornell University: mid reach
Georgia Institute of Technology: match to high-match
University of Michigan at Ann Arbor: high match (they’ve been weird in their EA decisions so far; they’ve accepted low stat and deferred high stat students who they feel won’t come to their school and lower their yield)
University of California at Los Angeles: high match
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign: match
Purdue University: safety
