Is MIT needblind and full need to all of its applicants (including internationals) for postgraduate studies? (i.e. MBA etc)

Absolutely not. Graduate admissions vary hugely as there is no Graduate Admissions office, but admissions are operated separately by each department. Most graduate students are funded out of monies that have been raised in grants or operating budget. As a general rule, students in the physical sciences or engineering are usually fully funded, often with a stipend. That may well not be true for a graduate student in (for example) philosophy, thought it might be.

The best place to look is probably here: [Graduate Policies and Procedures: Financial Assistance](http://web.mit.edu/odge/gpp/assistance/index.html)

And, to add to what Mikalye is saying, departments at MIT follow conventions in their fields when it comes to funding packages for graduate studies – some fields and degrees tend to fund their graduate students, and some don’t.
