<p>It was telephonic. My interviewer was in Mumbai.
I took the SAT Math Level II right after class X and I messed up time management.</p>
<p>Interviews were also offered in Pune (after being initially waived). I and one friend of mine got interviewed (in person) in the first week of Feb.</p>

<p>@eltanin: i guess they cudnt probably have had enough time to go through all applications and interview selectively, so it must be more about ec availability in your area rather than say a selective procedure. dont lose hope so early…u cud get contacted by someone anytime…u never kno until pi day! :)</p>

<p>sat : 2240 (670,800,770 in CR,M,W)
sat 2: 2400 (P,C,M)
10th-95%, 11th-around 90% (HSC board maharashtra)</p>
<p>IMO gold and HM, IAO-Jr. gold. Love math and science and so mostly similar other EC’s (except cricket :P)
I’d still say it wasnt a selective interview process :)</p>
<p>Not too different from my own stats… Maybe it wasn’t. But I don’t have a medal. And I’ve heard too often about MIT and medals…</p>

And I was offered a skype interview but I ended up not doing it due to some problems.</p>
