It’s almost time to begin the application process, so I though I’d ask for some tips here.
What should we look forward to in the interview? What will it be like, what should we come prepared with, and what kinds of questions should we ask, if any? Any other tidbits of advice are greatly appreciated as well. 
This get discussed extensively on CC every year. Do use the search function, but in short, it is a conversation about you. It is just a chat, usually low key. We tend to get better information if the students are not massively stressed. We will talk about you, what you enjoy and how that manifests. Many people are unused to talking about themselves and that can be practiced a little bit, but if I meet a candidate who seems overprepared, then that is the only time that I start asking trickier questions.
