MIT, more than just brains?

MIT was featured in the Boston Herald for attractive girls??!! I guess some of the dorms put together a benefit calendar of promiscuously dressed MIT girls. They're giving all the proceeds to James Albrecht's Memorial Fund, who unfortunately died last summer.

Check out the article: Brains and beauty - BostonHerald.com

ohh btw, the calendar is called "Wild Women of the West Calendar." Here is the website in case you want to buy it, just see it, or donate towards the charity: Wild Women of the West Side - 2008 Calendar

ohh remember to digg it Digg - MIT girls gone wild! if you like it too! =)

splendid =)

sweet, the calendar made it to the front page of College Humor.

check it out - Ever wondered what smart girls look like in their underwear? Wonder no more! - CollegeHumor hotlink

click "i like" and digg it too!

i think this is the 3rd thread dedicated to that one piece of news... just fyi

LOL, that's interesting haha

I understand why you would be interested in the calendar. :) But seriously, why are you giving that pathetic, awful, sensationalist, rag known as the Boston Herald free publicity?

and use PHPnuke for CMS? when it's can be hacked easily?
Drupal is much better. I can help make a new site for you.

ASP.NET is better than PHP, no matter how you look at it.

One time I wrote a desktop application in PHP, and without any modification I could take all of my basic functions/classes and use them in a website.

Compare that to the Linux dork who basically has to write the whole thing over again since C and PHP are worlds apart. (Sorry for bashing Linux, I just, just, can't help it).

But then again, this is basically soft pornography, so I don't see why their web technology really affects the product. They could've done it in flat html and it wouldn't affected the quality much.

ASP.NET is better than PHP?
dude... are you in China or something?
PHP can do everything ASP.NET does.
PHP is open source.
PHP have more users, so more help can be found.

Nothing is wrong with Linux. Linux is open source.
and FreeBSD make better servers than Windows. FreeBSD + ASP.NET or FreeBSD + PHP? of course the latter.

my points are:

.NET has true cross-platform compatibility. Internet or desktop, windows or Linux. PHP can never do that.

ASP has the best compiler in the world

FreeBSD's symbol is Satan

Therefore ASP.NET > PHP

^LOL at #3.

al6200:
What is your definition of greater than?
Do we want to add weight to each single feature and get everything down into real numbers and try to compare them?

How can you compare .NET with PHP? those are 2 different things, like you are trying to compare .NET with ASP.NET

Did you hear Bill resembles the beast?

If this is a proof... then it's not convincing.
If it's an essay, it's going to bring down you GPA by a lot.
