MIT Music Supplement - Music Area Question

I’m submitting a music supplement with my application, and I’m not sure how to answer one of the questions.

The question is regarding “music area” of the supplement and the options are classical, jazz, composition, and world music.

The recordings I’m submitting are of me singing “Why God Why?” from Miss Saigon and “My Petersburg” from Anastasia, and I’m not sure which of those 4 options musical theater would fall under. Any ideas?

Jazz probably, because for some reason most people think theatre is jazz

Hmmm. I would think composition. IRL, I would ask your music tutor/teacher. (I like that Miss Saigon song).
