Are there any summer research programs besides MIT Lincoln Laboratory (for juniors and seniors only) and MSRP (for minority students only)? Thanks for your answers.

BTW, I was asking for summer research programs that can be participated by non-mit students. Thanks...

Are you a high-schooler or a college student?

college student

I'm pretty sure there's a program through HHMI (we had a summer student in our lab from Emory through HHMI this summer), but the information's not up there right now. I assume it's probably posted sometime in the winter.

You could always just email professors whose research looks interesting and ask if they need any undergraduates for the summer. I'll warn you, though, they'll usually take MIT undergrads first because it's easier to justify the funding.

is there a program for non-bio majors like mech E and Aero E?

thanks......

Ack, sorry, tunnel vision.

Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) run by the NSF has programs in many different disciplines.
