MIT THINK Scholars Program! THINK up a great idea!

Interested in design? Have an idea and don't have a way to start?

How about a competition to get funding based on your ideas? MIT's THINK Scholars Program is just that! If you (and a team, if wanted) have an idea on how to tackle a certain problem, then you can write a proposal and send it in! The top 6 ideas (innovative and well thought out) will get sponsored trips to MIT to talk to faculty, visit TechFair, to meet the THINK team, themselves, and more! Winners will receive FUNDING to complete their projects!

Hey guys! I’m Roma and I’m a part of MIT’s THINK team! If you have any questions about THINK or the process, feel free to comment below or send us an email! :)

Do you have to already be working on this project or can it be something you have thought/drawn up etc. but haven’t actually been able to take a step towards achieving it? The guidelines for this seem to be a bit ambiguous…

Nope, it can be something you have just come up with! New ideas to tackle existing problems are very welcomed. The competition is more geared toward this.

My sister is thinking about applying. What is the best way she can ask questions for the THINK team?

She can either ask us by commenting here or by shooting us an email at think@mit.edu!
