<p>Top grades (this includes HS for soph transfers, and to a lesser degree for jr transfers), rigorous courses, strong involvement in ECs, good reason to transfer, interesting essays that show you are a unique applicant, good LORs. In other words, much the same as for fr admissions, just on the college level.</p>
