I have seen the other threads in the college forums but I want to get a little more specific.

I guess this is hard to do because most do not attend both schools, heh. But I would like input from former or current students at either school on these topics.

Electrical Engineering

teaching styles

coursework

availability of internships

personality of the students

undergraduate research

housing and dining

local surroundings

I don't actually know. The Vonnegut reference on the poster name caught my eye, otherwise I may not have looked.

They're both excellent schools. If you're determined, you'll get a great education at either one. Anonymous internet folks can't tell you which is best for you, really.

As far as the specific information, at least for MIT, you can probably find it on the MIT blogs, if you're willing to do the legwork. I certainly don't have the time to do it for you.

Caltech, I don't know. There's probably at least something on their website.

The search function on CC is also useful, if you're looking for something.

Heh, thanks anyways. Yeah, I've been looking at the blogs and cc forums. I just want specific experiences on these topics. I think I'm already leaning one way...

How could he not be everybody's. When he had somebody abducted by aliens they forced him to mate with a Porn Star rather than shoving a large metal rod up his ass.
