MIT?

I was thinking of getting into MIT economics. I was wondering what are the general requirements (in terms of grades e.g SAT, APs) and will my sucking at science subjects hinder me from getting into MIT economics? I am currently in Economics honour class (Basically, I finished both Gr. 11 and 12 courses which allow me to take A-level syllabus) and finished all the economics APs rather early, mainly because I just love the subject a lot. I also love physics and chemistry, unfortunately, I do not perform extremely well in them as compared to economics (In terms of examinations). I am currently in 11th grade and will be applying early next year. I have yet to do ACT though. Any advice?

My advice would be to think about supplying early to a different school. Although MIT’s economics department is excellent, you would have to complete rigorous course requirements in science and math which you might very challenging. Other schools typically don’t have these kinds of requirements. Good luck!

Makes sense, thanks
