<p>For the past hour, instead of doing homework or studying for APs, I was searching the MIT blogs for stuff about the MITES program…o.O</p>
<p>I will truly be devastated if I don’t make it in.</p>

I basically planned my entier summer around getting in…</p>
<p>cw–ENTIRE SUMMER. yeah, same.</p>
<p>We will see, but we have to accept that not all of us are going to get in. But that’s fine. Rejections part of life blah blah blah, and not getting into MITES isn’t the most devastating thing that will happen in our lives.<br>

<p>i have a friend who was in mites last year, and he got into MIT. He was at MIT over the weekend and he went by the MITES admissions place and said that he saw them placing stuff in envelopes.</p>
<p>AHH!! Really! That means it’s not a crazy idea that they mailed everything today!?!
Hopefully we can get stuff by tomorrow! (Wow, used a lot of exclamations points lol)</p>

<p>That wasn’t much of a pep talk, man. I think we all understand that some of us won’t get in, but it’s something we all want really, really badly. It’s something that eats away at our insides, that makes us gittery with excitement, that causes us to undergo moodswings (or maybe that’s just me?). Anyways, we all want in; nobody wants to think of the possibility of being rejected…</p>
<p>I’m just keeping my positive attitude. I WILL be accepted :)</p>
<p>So, we have spies in MIT. Interesting. But yeah we should be positive.</p>
