<p>I asked about the SAT situation and they said they will be having a meeting with the admissions department… i sent a copy of my official score report to MIT, so i think they’ll just take it from the admissions department.</p>

<p>Math Level 2? Lol I took that last year. I used the Collegeboard book and the Barron’s book for the practice tests. The Barron’s book is rife with errors; however the practice tests are decent. :D</p>

But it’s kinda strange b/c my science teacher called me today, saying that she just sent it in (electronically) and the guidance counselor had already sent it in days ago(electronically); yet, it still says incomplete for the counselor rec letter. :S</p>

<p>chowaznmein, congrats! My science teacher submitted mine online last month, within the first week haha, and it was updated almost immediately. I’d guess that the lag is due to the influx of recs from teachers who are just finishing or have procrastinated.</p>

<p>CPU-- i used barron’s to study and get all of the information and (shhh) put the formulas in the calculator … so yeah 
hahahah. use barron’s. even though it shatters ur confidence, it really helps with the tests.

<p>why email collegeboard? For your SAT/PSAT scores? I emailed MITES and they said that getting a photocopy of your official score report and mailing it to MITES would be fine, which is what I did. </p>
<p>I called MITES again today and got somebody to check my application status. Apparently, they’re really busy, uploading all the rec letters and other stuff for the application from all the mails. So, if you sent in something in the mail (sorry CPU), it may take a while before MITES gets around to updating your application status online. :(</p>
<p>Oh, and remember how they told me to check from now to the 26th of February? Well, the person who I talked with today, told me to check between now and the 28th. This is causing me way too much stress…and apparently, according to my some of my friends, I’m growing a couple of white hairs…I’m getting old… T_T</p>
