im not going to college…

saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame. (omgomg does that satisfy the ten character limit)

ps we’re on page 69 woooooot

Me either, I’m going to sell ice cream in Moscow during the winter and sweaters in Florida during the summer. There are big markets for that, right?

the only thing holding me back is the cost…
even with FA…
definitely not fair…what’s the point of working hard in HS if you cant even go to college?

Everyone chillalay! The best will happen. If it’s any consolation, my app hasn’t been updated either. We have more than a year to worry about college; we don’t need to worry about this too!
In the meantime, go do something fun
Watch some TV, or see a musical or something!

more than a year??? we should start applying in the summer… late july/august…
and these things are kinda important (money, where we wanna go, etc)

im going to bedd hehehe see ya!

Yup yup, I’m starting on my apps Aug 1st! First deadline is October 15th :(

good night! ![]()
LOL page 69
real mature buddy XD hahaha. even though i noticed that too XD
anybody here watch the green hornet?

wait i cant leave yet lol

whatever–what school is that??? my first deadline is nov 1 and a couple are nov 15

where’s everyone applying/what type of app??
i’ll start :)

Early Action:
MIT
Northeastern
Rutgers
UMass

Early Evaluation:
Wellesley

Regular Decision:
Yale
RPI
Boston U

Early Decision II:
Smith College (still debating, going to visit saturday :))

International:
Cambridge(UK): 10/15
UToronto: 03/01, but I’m applying wayyyy before that

EA:
MIT
UChicago
UMichigan

Rolling:
UCincinnati

Early Action:
MIT
Caltech

Regular Decision:
University of California, San Diego
University of California, Berkeley
University of California, Los Angelos
Columbia University
University of Chicago
Stanford
Princeton

If I make it into Early Action, then I’m not gonna apply Regular decision

you still should^^

you never know what could happen. your mind could change, or caltech/MIT wont meet YOUR need, only what they THINK you need (colleges are often wrong)

If that’s the case…can’t I just transfer?

transfer like… you spend a year/ semester there then transfer??
as a transfer student you get a lot less scholarships/aid

EA:
MIT

RD:
Caltech
Harvard
Brown
Stanford
Princeton
Carnegie-Mellon
Yale

Those are all tops. I’m not sure about safeties and etc. yet.

I would have Harvard in EA, but unfortunately they just have to be SCEA >:|

But if EA works out, my RD list will be cut down to just two or three, just to stay safe.

My worries:
SAT Scores ![]()
AP Exam Scores
<– how negative is it if you take a course and achieve a decent grade but decide not to show your actual score because it’s not decent?

I’m only worried about the physics subject test because I’m only in honors physics so we won’t cover half the stuff.

About the AP test, I was thinking that too. But they won’t know if you maybe couldn’t afford it, or what. My tests will be almost $300 that’s a lot.

It is a lot of money and college prices are going to continue to increase even when we’re there which sucks!

Ok so off topic:
I left a diet pepsi in my freezer at around 5pm and forgot about it until now…
I took it out and the can felt partially depressible so I expected it to be a slushy drink.
I pop it open and BOOOOOOOM and it starts fuzzing. The boom is where it actually just shot all over my room and the walls had drops of Pepsi running down them… it was epic; hopefully things won’t be so sticky :x

^ hahaha. That reminds me of AP Chemistry. :D

NEVER put soda in the fridge :P

On another top semi off topic: I’m visiting smith Saturday hopefully!!!
I think I’m going to cry.
I’ll tell you guys how it goes (if I go)

aweh calc hw can wait until lunch period tm.

night guys my eyes are shutting down.
