@Jamaican:

:( I’m sorry to hear that. Did you talk to your teacher about it? Use logic and argue how you don’t deserve to have your drop grade so much through one practice test, in the nicest way possible. And if others are in the same condition as you, that may make it easier.

Also, I’m assuming from your post you are a runner o.O?

entrevox11–yes i take french and i hate it but i’m pretty decent at it
puppychow (new nickname)–i’m a chem goddess according to my classmates. and currently my physics grade is the highest one i have SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD

So I had a chemistry exam two weeks ago on equilibrium… did i tell you guys we had a 40 point scale?

skeppy–yeah basically everyone failed this one. it’s out of 43…i got a 28 lolerz (x but we’ll have corrections worth 4 extra points so that helps…
AND HELL YEAH I’M A RUNNER WOOHOO!!!

skeppy–you’re ahead of us, i have my equilibrium test tomorrow CRAP lol. ps what does the 40 point scale mean?

^ NICE! I used to run (for two years, fresh and soph) but this year got kinda crazy for me and I put priorities to clubs + grades. I miss running though
I FEEL SO LAZY ::::|||||

Good you can run with me this summer!

I’m a tennis kind of guy. Anyone up for a game at the MIT courts?

ahh, our curriculum might be different. have you done kinetics yet o.O? we just started that. in our book we started at like chapter 18 went to chapter 3,4,5 then to like 13, 14,15, and now 12. its crazy.

it means the highest grade was a 102 with the scale (62). i got a 41/100 –> 81 with scale
it was a bad test. taken from barron’s and kaplan mixed together

@entre,

I tried out for tennis freshman year <– FAILED.
Sophomore year i continued track but
to avoid Gym/phys ed next year i have to do a sport this year. im thinking of trying out for tennis again :P. so to answer your question, as horrible as I am, perhaps.

Good, though I’m not Roger Federer or anything, I can help you so you can get out of gym
I wish I could get out of gym where I am by playing a sport…

skeppy–what book do you use for chem? and yes we did kinetics…i think…hm lol i don’t remember to be honest. like if you gave me a question on it i could answer it but i don’t know my stuff by unit (x

entrevox–i totally would except i have absolutely no hand-eye coordination…soooo how about i just watch?

maybe…

ha, sarcasm again. Of course you can :)

ugh i have weightlifting in six hours… ):

and i’m hungry

and tonight was SO insanely notproductive

and i’m watching whose line is it anyway

weightlifting at 6am? o.o unless your in a dif time zone its even earlier O.O

@entre: tennis is hard! i tap the ball lightly and its a home run.

@jamaican: kinetics–> rate laws, integrated rate laws

yeah weightlifing at 6 am!! cause my coach is a morning person and expects the rest of us to be… OHH i remember, yeah we did kinetics. aaand do you use zumdahl?

YES ZUMDAHL andd i HATE the textbook with a burning passion so much… >:-|

fifth edition

5th edition; we nicknamed it “the lies of zumdahl”

ahahahha! It’s so difficult to understand :x But now that you’ve done kinetics and i’ve done equilibrium, don’t be surprised if i post a question up here :p

i’m SO good at making chem make sense. ask me anything if you need it.
