<p>So, what do the new emails in regards to missing files contain, and when were they sent?</p>
<p>And can we contact MITES to find out if all of the applications have been processed? I know they clearly told us not to contact them in regards to ours, but what if we ask a more general question which would benefit all applicants?</p>
