wow! i was JUST searching for a MITES group McLeodM1
psychic!

do you think decisions will be sent through snail-mail or e-mail?..or a phone call?

It’s always USPS

i’m from MA so i’ll let you guys know asap

Jealous ^^^

hehe ![]()
i’ll let you guys know what city once i get a decision :P

I’m even more amazingly jealous. I hate living so far away from MA, at least this week I do.

Can we actually call them now, and ask them whether we have been accepted?

Dude… CHILL.

They don’t tell you over the phone anyway.

This is agony!!! I need to get my mind off of this. Time for some Calc studying.

This may have been asked before, but what other programs have people applied to/gotten into?

Meh…I live in Cali, which is like on the opposite side of the whole country T_T

This is the only program I’ve applied to. My backup is an internship at UCincinnati for the summer, but MITES would be so much better.

yeah, if I don’t get into MITES im going to get cabin fever but will probably use it as a great excuse because my sisters also going away to college and ill be all alone. I actually sent the MITES 2011 admin on facebook asking if he knew when theyre sending out the decisions.

RPI PREFACE.

it’s only 2 weeks though.

MITES >= PREFACE

i dont think anything can compare to 6 weeks at MIT

^ agreed

And is for free

Since we’re nearing the end.

I just wanna say, no matter what happens, I love you all, in the most non-creeper way possible. It’s obvious that we’re all amazing students, and more importantly, we are all amazing people. Senior year will be tough, filled with laughter and tears with each acceptance/rejection.

No matter what happens within the next week, and in the next year, it is no measure of our self-worth. We’re invaluable.
