@Sky & Mobius: I don’t believe so. I called the office about two hours after my counselor faxed my information and the person who answered told me it’s no big deal, just “as long as [they] have it”.

App submitted with exactly an hour to spare. Luck to all.

I’m from CT, the state that many people don’t even know exists, haha

This is the only program that I’m applying to; if I don’t get in I’m going to spend my summer working and hanging out (didn’t get to do that last summer because I went to a program similar to this, but for the arts).

4 hours of last minute revisions later, I’m done
Glorious Submit Button, how I longed to press you.

@mijuuki I’m on chrome too, so idk if it’s a browser problem or what

Did the print preview button not work for anyone else?

I’m pretty sure chrome unifies the “preview” into the print dialog. Just try to print the page, and you should probably see it

I clicked print preview and nothing came up, so I just submitted and didn’t pay any attention to it.

So far:

2 TX
1 CA
1 CT
1 NJ

Submitted! Really hope I get in (>.<)!!! Why does April have to be such a long time away! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

I’m from Texas also.

Then again, I predominantly use Firefox so…

I sorta gave up on print preview a long time ago.
I’m from Utah!

NY reporting in :P

Welp, just out of curiosity, are you all considering MIT for college too? O:

That takes it to:

3 TX
1 CA
1 CT
1 NJ
1 NY
1 UT

Wow, I just refreshed and in 5 minutes got three new states. I guess it’s because the app’s due tonight. As you post, please update the state count! It would be interesting to see, and I bet MITES is looking for geographical diversity too. Meaning Texas looks like it’s in pretty bad shape… not looking good for me already!

And yes, I will apply to MIT and hope to get in. That’s my #1 choice right now. As for summer programs, RSI is first, and MITES is second. MIT and MIT programs all the way!

Considering MIT, definitely. Although I’m pretty sure I won’t make it in…
it’s a great school, and I’m a big fan of its architecture!

MIT isn’t on my list; my dreams are Wesleyan Uni. & Carleton College :).

@lldm21 Thanks! That was starting to worry me.

This isn’t looking too good. I’m also from Texas lol.

4 TX
1 CA
1 CT
1 NJ
1 NY
1 UT

I’m also considering MIT. It’s a long shot (a very, very long shot) but it’s worth a try

I’d love to go to MIT. It’s just (as Sky has said) a long shot.

OHIO
Hoping …

I think that the artsy part of my brain would feel a little stifled if I went to MIT…

But anyway, I should probably sleep considering I have my precalc final in a few hours. Goodnight all!

I
m planning on applying to MIT just for the heck of it. I mean, I would REALLY love to go there, but it doesn
t exactly fit my first choice. And like everyone else, it
s a long shot for me. XD Oh well. At least I
ve toured the campus before… o__o

Hey, maybe we’ll all see each other there, though.
Until then, I have a psychology quiz tomorrow morning. Toodles!
