Mix And Match Recs- I Think This Clears Everything Up.

Okay, so here's my question:

Can my two teachers submit ALL of their forms ONLINE and my guidance counselor submit ALL of her forms on PAPER?

This is what the "Common Questions for School Officials" page said:
MUST THE SCHOOL FORMS BE SUBMITTED ONLINE?
No. Participation in the Common App Online School Forms system is completely optional. You can continue to submit the forms on paper if you so choose. This decision is specific to you as an individual, so other teachers/counselors at your school may choose to submit their forms online. That said, your choice applies to all applicants for whom you are writing a letter of recommendation.

Okay, you all, I got an email reply from the CommonApp Staff.

When you invite your school officials in the School Forms section, the teacher / counselors will receive an email with instructions to submit online. If they opt out, they will submit by mail. So, by school officials choice, will depend on whether it is online or offline. Only this way, can there be a mix of submission types. You should follow the instructions in your School Forms section.

So I just answered my own question, but those out there who were wondering about this as I was, here's the answer!
