I attend Njcu. I transferred there a while back in 2009?, I received "blanket credits" meaning I didn't need to take math reading or any remedial classes,I also got credit for my major classes ( criminal justice) the problem is I foolishly retook a class I already got credit for. I'm graduating in may 2011 and need one course to finish my criminal justice work , I figured taking the course again would count separtly for some reason. I don't not have the $ to take a summer course and I don't want to spend anothe semester in school. The previous chair of my department of study allowed me to take the course and get credit since i only needed one course and am graduating. The new chair however says I'm getting 6 credits for the same class , he is correct but should allow me to graduate because I DID take a course and I ended up getting a lower grade then at my previous school.

I need the current chair persons approval but I doubt he'll give it he is a sort of ****. I do not know what o was thinking when I retook that course I honestly forgot about it. What can I do to circumvent having to get the present chairs approval, I was thinking about CONSTANTLY bugging him to give me credit because I'm so close to graduation?
