Thank you!

PS: Recs will come from my mentor at Channel One, my newspaper advisor (should be good, I brought the campus newspaper back to life, gave it a redesign), and my principal.

4 AP classes, lucky, my school only have 2, Rarely 3.......

you can definitely get in....

jkd, I am going to Mizzou in a few days and take it from me - you can definitely get in. If you have above (I think) a 24 on the ACT, they do not even consider anything else for admission. You are in. Its very simple to get into Mizzou. You don't even need any recommendations for admission.

However, you didn't say if you are out of state or not - if you are out of state, you will definitely want to actively try to get some scholarship money. Out of state tuition at Mizzou is quite expensive. I am confident you will get some money, with those ECs and good recs (which Channel One definitely is), if you don't wait for the offers to come to you. Go to the website and apply for every one you think you might be eligble for, no matter great or small. I got a half scholarship at Mizzou and I had lower ACT, SAT and GPA than you. I wrote some well thoughout essays and had good recommendations and a great resume.

Good luck! Definitely go visit - its a great school.

There's no question about it. You shouldn't worry about it. I would imagine you should qualify for some reasonable scholarships too, as a URM with those test scores.
