<p>Is it going to be the future?</p>
<p>I was looking through job listings on Indeed for software developers, and I noticed that there were a decent amount of openings for jobs that require software development for Android and Apple.</p>
<p>No. Not a big field at all.
People can do it with knowing the right language: objective-C, or Java. There are too many “freelancers” too. There is nothing special about mobile development at all.
Trust me. Mobile is not an exciting field. In a few years people might begin to forget about phones (well maybe not in US).
The Japanese had 3G first. But they never liked 3G. People think iPhone was cool.</p>
