I was wondering if anybody had any feedback about Mock Trial summer programs…my daughter would like to do one this summer, but we are gone all of June and half of July, so our options are limited.
There are two camps at Stanford that are run by private companies (one - run by a company called Envision - claims to have some affiliation with Stanford. The other - run by a company called Education Unlimited - makes no such claim, but runs camps on their campus and a number of others). Both are outrageously expensive.
Does anybody know anything about the Stanford-based Mock Trial camps? My daughter unfortunately won’t be around for the UCLA camp - which is run by UCLA earlier in July . We are in California, so all things being equal, would prefer something in state. (If not, Brandeis seems to have a strong summer program, and I’d be happy to entertain other ideas for late July - August) if people have any recommendations.
