Model UN honors on Common App?

If you won an award, say, Outstanding Delegate at a collegiate Model UN conference (this one was at Brown University), how do I list such an award? Do I list it under “Honors” or in “Activities”? If I list it under honors, is it School, State/Regional, National, or International?

I put mine under the Honors Section and I said National, but if there was competition from schools that come from other countries as there often is, I guess you could say International?

Thanks. After some further research, I’ve determined that Model UN award should probably appear in the Activities, not Honors, section.

Sure, but I don’t think it really matters. It’s just up to you how you want to craft your application. Any contest in which you have achieved recognition can go on there, as stated by Sally.
