A few days ago, I reinstalled Windows XP to my computer. However, the connection problem that was there before the reinstallation is still there. My ISP(Verizon) sent me a new modem, but I don't think the modem software is on the computer. I called my ISP again and they allowed me to connect to the Internet by using my IP and Ethernet cord(I can't connect to the Internet directly as I did before). When I opened the "Add Hardware Wizard", I noticed that three sets of hardware had a yellow exclamation mark next to them. I found the drivers for two of the sets(VGA and sound), but I don't have the USB controller software. I also can't find seem to find the BPS and software of my modem(Westell 6100). Does anyone know where to find the software and the BPS of my modem?
