My stats are similar to yours so I’m interested in what people will say. I would think they are both going to be a high match at the least maybe low reach.

@A227227 well its good to know that you have a good idea about where we stand :D

but also a solid answer would be good

GPA and course rigor are both on target for BU and Villanova.

Your ECs are pretty good but why was everything only for one year? It looks like you tried a bunch of things and just quit after one year, and that you never stuck with anything. That might hurt at Villanova but BU doesn’t put too much emphasis on ECs.

Edit: Just saw the moving thing you mentioned. Hopefully they’ll understand.

SAT/ACT scores are slightly low, but within range. When I went to visit BU they said the average test scores were 1990 SAT and 29 ACT, and it looks like Villanova’s average is about 1300 CR + M and 29/30 on the ACT.

You definitely have a shot at these two schools, but I’d call them both High Matches/Low Reaches.

thanks more chances please!

I think if i get a 1900+ on SAT will i get a chance at BU if i ED?? what about SUNY Geneseo?

I think you have a decent chance. I say if you get 1900+ and apply ED, you can prob get into BC. I think 2000+ would give you a safe bet. Can you reply to my chance thread too? It’s on the first page, thanks!

well i said BU but thanks

Yeah BU isn’t competitive at all, so I’m sure you could get in with those scores and EC’s.

@Ambition19 not sure f serious

Bump reply please my hear is racing

Dude, relax, you’ll be fine. You will get into BU as long as you write a great essay, Villanova is the same I think, and your personality seems like one of a Architect. Very anal-retentive, obsessive, excessive, left brain oriented, and detailed! Good luck in all your future endeavors!

motherbucking fump!
