<p>It might help to take a good look at the school’s schedule and go over it with mom. Point out that you’ll have parent’s weekend, thanksgiving, a long winter break, spring break and all summer at home. Promising to Skype every day could help too.</p>

<p>Most parents consider boarding school one of the greatest gifts they can give their child. Research the schools’ curriculum, matriculation history, alumni list. Compare that to your alternative at home, have your mom react. Good luck!</p>
