<p>Just returned from spending the day at USMA...Cadet Candidates report tomorrow between 6:30 - 8:30. Many were roaming around Highland Falls today checking out the museums and buying LOTS of stuff.</p>

<p>AFA reported last Thursday. Many arrived Wednesday and stayed at a Bed and Breakfast host family house. My D's B&B host was great. Picked her up at the airport, fed her dinner and a nice breakfast and took her to report at AFA Thursday morning. Going beyond the call of duty, she took several photo's and hung around AFA for a few hours taking photo's and figuring out what group D is in. Then she called me with the data and e-mailed it too. </p>
<p>Now I can more readily find her in the mass of great photo's WebGuy has been posting. My new favorite game is the Assoc. of Graduates version of "Where's Waldo"! I have spent many a happy hour scouring over tons of photo's for a glimps of D. Writing letters etc... I painted on the windows of D's car a note to her friends "Write Me" and signed it with D's name. I drive D's car around once every week or two in order to keep it in good order so when friends see me around town they will hopefully get the hint and drop a note to my D!</p>

perhaps before the orioles game....
but even then, I think PPW would be a more appropiate time for a camera.... or once the academic year starts.</p>
<p>M2L, don't send the camera, she won't have time to take pictures and it's one more thing to worry about. Saving it for PPW is a good idea. </p>
<p>They probably won't be able to carry the camera in the whites to the game anyway.</p>
<p>THANKS FOR THE INFO! I will save it til she requests it. I did follow someone's idea and Made her a "checklist" letter to send back home as I have 1000s of questions and a YES NO will work. Will see! </p>

<p>Got my letter! Lola says her squad leader told them they will all be "Bad Mother F'ers" by the end of the Summer! TOO FUNNY! She was upbeat, wrote two solid legal pages and named all her squad and roommates with details. And seems to be handling all (except the food situation) just fine! So far a positive attitude! So I am smiling again! </p>
