It’s another log out day. I’m getting a bit tired of being logged out every time I switch from one forum to another. I fully logged in this morning using my user name and password, and hit the remember me box too.
Well, this site does not remember me.
In the past, if I hit the back arrow more than once, I logged back in. Today, that isn’t happening. I need to exit the site altogether.
Can’t wait for May 1…when final matriculation decisions are made. Will this site crash again? Probably.
I would tell you to “have some faith”, but I can’t say that with any firm foundation given the history 
I wouldn’t expect volumes sufficient for server troubles, but the week before Ivy decisions was a bit of a mixed bag.
As for the logging out, I experienced that once earlier today and wondered if you’d run into it too. I’ve seen the “remember me” boxes fail to work on many sites. What I can advise is this:
Make sure you are not cleaning your browser cookies. The cookies are stored in your browser. All the “remember me” checkbox does is extend the expiration time of the cookie from two days to two weeks. However, you should be able to re-set expiration date of cookies in your browser. Perhaps you have tried all of these. Just kind of grabbing at straws here perhaps, since you seem to have periods where things work…and then suddenly you get logged out at every page update. I have only been logged out the one time this morning, but have been good since then.
I don’t think it’s the remember box because as soon as I hit “log in” I’m suddenly logged in again despite not going to the login page.

It was worth a shot. Seems to be a continual unsolved mystery that is not browser- or OS-specific.
