Money past the ROTC scholarship

I plan to commit to ROTC during college. I will apply for the scholarship which covers full-tuition for four years. Many of the schools I am applying for have a lot of costs past the tuition however. For example, Boston College, Boston University.. Both schools Room and board costs are around 10,000 a year. I have found information on BU. They have a competitive merit based grant for ROTC participants. Does anyone know anything about Boston college or any of these other schools? :

UVA, College of the Holy Cross, College of William and Mary, UNC Chapel Hill

I have a friend from last year who is doing NROTC at Tulane and I understand that the school will pick up the room and board tab for their ROTC participants. Does anyone know of any other schools that do this?

ROTC scholarships cover tuition, fees, books and uniforms. Your monthly stipend is to “help” with room and board.
If you are needy apply for financial aid - if your efc is low enough you may get some financial aid to cover room and board.

Some schools do offer their own incentives - you would have to contact the NROTC Battalion at each school.
