<p>For today's SAT, I decided to try some energy drinks to stay alert during the test. I must say, it worked. The sugar rush at the beginning helped me write my essay quickly without wandering. </p>
<p>I took my HR during each section once I finished it (15 sec * 4):
1: 84
2: 80
3: 76
4: 76
5: 80
6: 72
during the 5 minute break, I chugged a second one.
7: 96
8: 112
9: 104</p>
<p>I was literally twitching by the end. I had consumed 108 grams of sugar and done no physical activity within the previous 5 hours.</p>
<p>Just felt like sharing.</p>
