Anyone applying to it, or heard of it?

i applied for it.

it's good stuff.

I applied to it too.

They just told me I got waitlisted, but they reviewed my application without my resume, I uploaded my resume last Thursday so they'll probably review it, and I may get accepted, I think this would look great on resume.

Dear Michael,
Thank you for your interest in Monster’s Diversity Leadership Program. We think your qualifications are very impressive. However, due to the overwhelming student response we have placed you on the waiting list for this year’s DLP in Chicago. Please be advised that if you have not yet submitted your resume, doing so may increase your chances of admission. You can return to the website at any time to post your resume. Our selection committee will take this as a signal of your interest and it will expedite further review of your candidacy.
Waitlist determinations will be made on a rolling basis (as they become available). In the meantime, please visit the Diversity Leadership website, www.MonsterDlp.com, to stay updated. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at diversity@monster.com.
