Montclair 7-year Joint Pharmacy Program?

Hello, I only just heard about this today, but I'm a little confused.

I know the first 3 years are completed at Montclair, then there is an interview and a transfer to Rutgers for the next 4 years.

I would like to know, is this 7-year program a guarantee to the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy? Almost like a direct-entry program, but instead of 0-6 it's 0-7?

Is the PCAT still required?

After 3 years at Montclair, would I have to reapply to Rutgers Pharmacy, or is the specified minimum 3.0 gpa + completed prerequs with a B or higher + short interview all that is needed?

How do I apply? Do I apply to Montclair's regular college or do I have to apply to a specific program? Is it direct-entry from high school?

Sorry for all the questions - I'm just a little frenzied b/c Montclair's early action deadline is Nov 21 so I would have to quickly send all my recs, SAT scores, application, etc. in within the next 2 weeks!

Also, is it hard to gain admission?
