<p>So I found out that I was assigned a room in the basement in Moore-Hill...does anyone know how the basement rooms are? If I am in a room that doesn't get any sunlight, I don't know what I'll do.</p>
<p>you kidding? wow thats horrible. at least you know you’re room will be cool in the heat and warm in the winter… and im sure the rooms still have windows which in turn will get you some sunlight. either way, you’re going to be outside for most of the day (in the sun). alot of people arent in their dorm for too many hours of the day. you should be fine.</p>
<p>I don’t know if that’s horrible … it sort of sounds cool actually. How do you know it’s in the basement? Is the basement floor 1? I never even knew they housed people in the basement! Wow. Btw, I’m living in Moore-Hill too next year. =]</p>
<p>Ironically enough, I just received this info:</p>
<p>“The basement is just the floor on the ground floor - there’s an entrance right into the basement a little ways down the hill. We call it the basement because we think it sounds cooler, haha.”</p>

<p>I know I’m in the basement because my room number started with a zero…I called and thats what they told me. I guess I will see when I get there haha</p>
