oh yay! i’ve been checking for his updates. I"ll read it now!

okay, read it and as usual, it’s just great. He’s wonderful, his writing is incredible, and how the heck could Yale have rejected him???

Anyway, he does get me nervous because I don’t recall him having any non-audition safeties. But, if he’s half as good an actor as he is a writer, he should have no problem getting in anywhere!

Thanks for posting. He’s such a cool kid. Wonder how he came up with his final list.

He really doesn’t have anything resembling a safety at all. But he does have a blog in the New York Times, which might help him get some traction. It’s hard not to think he’d be a great presence in any dept. My fingers are crossed for him!

Really a great young man - My son and I meet his family at Vasser last year when we were both looking at schools (Sidenote - note to Vasser, your school is beautiful - hell remarkable real nice student body but if you have possible students visit an acting class is unipressive at best…). Saw his Father again at the NYU audition. Both parents are great people, son is extremly talented and very smart - somebody please give this young man a scholarship, I already know he will get into someplace special. Yep doesn’t seem to have a safetly line does he, however he definately knows what he wants and is willing to do what he needs to get there. But there is the money aspect of things also…hmm I know his parents like myself and I suspect many of you, look at 60k a year (USC money) like the the national debt. Hmm did I mention that the money I shelled out to Columbia U. is the same money it now cost to attend a state school in NY.
