<p>“are most likely” and “than” don’t go together, which rules out option A.
“are more likely” has to be followed by “than”, which rules out option B.
Option D needs commas somewhere in there to make it make sense…
And option E is " large fish more likely"…this doesn’t make sense, you have to have the word “are” in between “fish” and “more”</p>

<p>Therefore, the only option left is “C”.</p>

<p>When comparing two quantities use more. When comparing three or more quantities use most.</p>

<p>It doesn’t make sense to use “compare” together with “more” with “most”. The comparison is implicit.</p>
