<p>It doesn’t seem to have occured to anyone that perhap the employer is testing the applicant. If you would give up your password to fb to a complete stranger who you perceive has some power over you, what of the employer’s would you give up? Would their usernames and passwords be safe with you or are you likely to give them up to another person who claims to really need them! The best response would be to simply say, that is private, it’s against fb’s policys and I would no more give up my privete information than I would give up your private information. Employer’s want to know their company secrets are safe.</p>
