<p>While a lot of pesonal information is readily available online, the legal issue for employers when doing interviews is that certain types of information cannot be used as a basis for hiring/not hiring someone. That is the main reason it is inappropriate to ask to review someone’s Facebook account as part of any legitimate job interview (regardless of who does the logging in).</p>
