<p>I checked my application status the other day, and instead of just being able to check my application (the only thing I could do before), I now have options to check stuff like registration status, check grades and transcripts, and register for classes. Anyone else seeing these extra options?</p>
<p>I've had those extra options ever since I could track my application. I've searched several times to see if there is anything on there that's useful besides to track your application, but I haven't found anything. I think those other options only come into play once you are accepted.</p>

<p>Yeah, I have one. It's one of the things that just appeared.</p>
<p>I got them when I applied too. I was accepted but I doubt that means anything. From what I hear the admissions office is rather disorganized (from someone who worked there) and the idea that what goes online is meaningful as to whether you've been accepted is pretty far fetched. I don't think the Banner system, as it's called, is nearly that smooth. You just get access to the same page on the site - which has those links. The funny part is that my acceptance never even came up online.</p>

<p>No, they're in the main menu after you log in. There are (for me) two links - "Personal Information" and "Applicant, Student, and Financial Aid".</p>

Update Addresses and Phones
View Emergency Contacts
Update Emergency Status
Update Marital Status</p>
<p>I didn't have the menu before, though I did get my online username and passkey relatively early in the admissions process.</p>
<p>I got mine relatively early too, but I just got those options a few days ago. Also, under the other section (not personal information) there are a variety of links that let me check my grades/transcript, register for classes, etc. They're not usable (as I'm not enrolled), but they're there nonetheless.</p>
<p>i definitely think it's some weird organizational issue... i've had the personal information link since i got my username and password in the end of october. there's no way that they were making any kind of admissions decisions then... they're probably making them right now because interview write ups were due 12/1. i wouldn't worry at all if you don't have access to this personal information thing... it doesn't do anything anyway.</p>

<p>okay well i just came up with a theory... not only can i access the personal info link, but the site has my phone number and address in the "View Address and Phones" section, and i am able to update them in the update section. There is a date for my address that says: 9/15/06- (No end date). Perhaps those who can access this "Personal Information" link are people who have done Summer @ Brown and therefore would have had the same username now as they did during their class. Are those of you with access to the Personal Information link former Summer @ Brown students? Are there any of you who were Summer @ Brown students but don't have access to "Personal Information?"</p>
