OK. I came here three years ago from China. Back then, i knew almost nothing about English Language. However, i already received my citizenship in U.S.A. So, am i required to take the TOFEL?
As for my standardized test scores, i got a 27 on ACT, super scored.
I probably got a 700+ on my SAT Math II and maybe a 750+ on my SAT II World history.
Also, I've already took 6 AP tests and got one five, three fours, and two threes.

btw, I'm applying to early Johns Hopkins Early decision program.

The TOEFL is required of applicants whose native language is not English and who attend a non-English-speaking secondary school. If you attend an English-language school but do not speak English at home, you should take the TOEFL. If your native language is not English and you attend secondary school in the U.S., you must take the TOEFL if you have been here for fewer than five years.

We do not super-score the ACT, we look at your highest combined ACT with Writing score.

Thanks again everyone.
I think i'm going to take TOFEL
If i take TOFEL, do i need to take the ACT?
and i have yet another question
If i apply for ROTC, will that increase my chance of admission?

The SAT or ACT with writing is required of all applicants. If you take the TOEFL (which is required as stated above), it does not replace the SAT or ACT requirement. You really should through all the application requirements to better understand the process.

No applying for ROTC does not increase one's chances for admission.

admissions daniel-
is there a sat score cut off for which you don't have to give toefl??
most colleges have it for 700+ reading score in sat1.
i live in India but go to a strictly english school, and have a toefl exemption letter from my counsellar. Also at home we speak english and the other language almost interchangeably.
And i am an american citizen.

The TOEFL is required of applicants whose native language is not English and who attend a non-English-speaking secondary school. When is the TOEFL not required?

English is the applicant's first language.

If the applicant attends an English-language school and has done so for the previous 5 years.

If the applicant scores a 670 or higher on the Critical Reasoning section of the SATI Reasoning exam.

If ROTC sounds like it would be interesting - and not just a way to increase your chance of admission - then definitely contact the unit at your school. The military always needs smart people. You do need to be a US citizen to receive a commission, though.
