Yeah, I did a search on this, but I'm still confused. Right now, I have ten schools listed to send the FAFSA to after I've filled everything out. After I submit those, how do I send the FAFSA to my 11th school? I won't want to change any of the information on the form or anything; I just need to send it to the 11th place. The FAQs on the site just confuse me more, something about adding a correction and SAR something or other and whosie-whatsits.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've never done this before so I need to be walked through.

I had to submit it to the first 10, then go back change the schools to the additional ones and resubmit it. I called them (you probably should too).

Do I have to delete all the old ones, and add just the new one? Or can I just delete one and add the one I need?

Snoopy, you can delete all the schools you previously sent it to and just add the new one(s). If you leave the old schools on the list, they’ll just get another copy of your FAFSA.

Remember, if you’re using estimated numbers and need to go back and send a corrected one later, you’ll have to re-send it to all the schools from your first submission as well as to the new one(s).

My dad did the taxes today, so we’re using real numbers, fortunately. Unfortunately, I forgot to add an account of mine so I’m going to have to resubmit everything anyway. Ah well, I suppose.

I will say my EFC is ridiculous, but another story for another thread…
